Mission Statement
The mission of the Alliance Public Housing Authority (APHA) is to provide safe, decent and affordable housing in a living environment that fosters both economic and social diversity among the resident population as a whole. To that end, we pledge that we will treat each individual on the basis of their individual merits, and without presumption of ability, based on age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status or disability.
